adjective clipping and repetition
To be a professional, meaning to be extremely gifted or talented at any sort of activity, however it is usually associated with something related to sports, such a baseball player being a professional.
 
“Josh you are such a pro pro”
Etymology : It is probably derived from the clipping of the word professional, which means to be at the highest level of an activity. It removes the (fessional) part of the word and then repeats the prefix to create a sense of modern feeling to the word and to add emphasis onto the positive comment.
