swamp-donk

noun; compounding
Originated in Columbia, Tennessee. Used to refer to a distinguished female, while sober, who gets extremely drunk on occasion. The females activity usually goes from stumbling around, to "hooking-up" with males who are not as inebriated. Columbia, Tennessee is known as being the Mule Capital of the world because of the town being a huge slave and Mule trading port in the late 1700's and early 1800's. The term at first meant a donkey who got stuck in the mud after a rainstorm out on the farm. Late in the first decade of the 21 century the term extended to a metaphor for females who found themselves in a morass of a situation when they were under the influence of alcohol.
