Mac-fiend

compounding; adjective
A word used to describe someone who owns many products made from Apple or someone who is particularly knowledgeable of Apple products.

Mac is a reference to Macintosh computers, the operating system of Apple computers. Fiend can be thought of negatively such as the devil or a wicked person, but it also has been known to be related to someone who is obsessed with something. Because of this implication, Mac-fiend is usually used when bantering someone. It is usually used in contrast to someone who uses a personal computer (PC) running on some sort of Windows operating system.
Etymology : Compound formed from roots Mac, referring to Macintosh computers, and fiend.
