Swag (most general)

derivation; slang
(n.) A confident way in which one carries oneself. Free stuff. Things that are cool. Any stuff, just generally. Bling. A type of curtain. The way something swings, such as a woman's buttocks.
 
"Y'all pick up swag like every week."
Etymology : Continuous widening of the first definition "to swing" for centuries. Either native or adopted from Old Norse in the 1520's.
