blending; adjective
sketchy, creepy. Used to describe someone who is unknown and has bad intentions.
 
Used when describing people in social situations who have a very ominous and disgusting appearance and manner. Many times used in party situations to describe old men, who have bad intentions.
Etymology : Originally came from blending sleazy, which is used to describe something as worthless, disgusting and skeeze, which is used to describe something as disgusting, and uncomfortable.
