Hangry

adjective; blending
When someone is so hungry that they become angry and incredibly irritable. This is a blend of hungry and angry.
 
“He’s just being mean because he’s hangry.”
Etymology : Hungry is from Old English meaning famished, and angry is from the 14th century meaning full of trouble. (etymonline)
