- Apparently used in circles where friendly hazing and physicality (or bullying?) are common ways of showing affection. Similar in usage to words like “noogie”, “wedgie”, and other such playground terms. I first saw the word in the context of a professional Super Smash Brothers Melee player who is known for partying hard and having something of a bromance with Smash players from his hometown.
