(Got) Toddlered

adjective Derivation
A decrease in outward appearance, self-care, and/or energy as a result of taking care of a toddler.

Used to describe the affect that taking care of a toddler has on a person’s life. Gained popularity from a father that posted pictures of his life before and after having a toddler with the hashtag #GotToddlered, which then spread through instagram. Currently mostly used on instagram. It is similar to the phrase ‘got wasted,’ which it may have stemmed from considering the similarity in effects. “I haven't been "toddlered" in years, but as the mother of a child on the spectrum, I expect I won't look better until he's in college”
Etymology : from 'toddler' with the suffix 'ed'
