A discussion (which may be at the group, community, or society level) in which members attempt to assign blame for a particular misdeed A word was needed to describe the process of discussing why a deadline was missed or a project failed and who was/is responsible. This word shows that the persons involved became angry or upset and that the discussions tended to be intense. This word is a good use of imagery and is used in the business community.
