noun; derivation
A slang word short for U-turn; turning around 180º making the shape of a “U”.
 
To get to the mall, go down Main Street, go through the first light and then make a u-ey.
Etymology : Slang word derived from U-turn, meaning the act turning around 180º making the shape of a “U” and TURN (from Latin /tornare/, meaning to turn on a lathe).
