derivation adjective
Alternate form: Jank. Term used to describe a person or situation that is extremely questionable. Subject may or may not be harmless, but usually something that one would want to avoid. Has recently gained acceptance on campus at Rice and around the Internet. Might stem from 2009 movie “The Janky Promoters”.
 
I would watch out for that guy, he seems pretty janky.
