Roflcopter (2)

acronym; blending and clipping; interjection
used more often in online conversations, “roflcopter” is an expression used to represent laughter in response to a hilarious comment.

Comparable to the more popular “lol,” roflcopter originated from “rofl” or “rolling on the floor laughing.”
Etymology : Acronym of the Internet phrase “rolling on the floor laughing,” plus the clipping of helicopter. Though it has come to be known as an expression of laughter, it was first used in the World of Warcraft video game. Players would purposely use their copters to ruin the game, causing other plays to “rofl.” The word “roflcopter” was born.
