Blinkage

noun; derivation
the occurrence of someone blinking in a photograph.
 
Blinkage is checked for after the photo has been taken, though it can be detected beforehand. Has also been used to refer to a rapid tic of the eyelids, such as when someone is lying.
Etymology : Blink (from Modern Dutch blinken, “to glitter”) plus the affix “-age”
