Crack-head

adjective; clipping
Informal way of expressing mental damage. Does not seem to directly imply or be related to the use of crack cocaine. The use of a physical term, 'crack', or 'cracked' to refer to mental damage is an example of metonymy from cause and effect.
 
If a teenage girl gets pregnant, she will will have a crack-head baby.
Etymology : Clipping of cracked to crack and combined with head to indicate damage to the head.
