preglet

derivation noun
A pregnant woman that is smaller, usually significantly shorter, than average. Much like the cartoon character Piglet (a tiny, timid pig) in the well-known Winnie the Pooh series, a preglet is a pregnant woman that is smaller in size than expected.
 
It was a miracle how the preglet managed to carry triplets.
Etymology : Derivation of pregnant. Pregnant + let (small, miniscule)
