Lux

adjective; clipping
characterized by luxury, excessively ornate. Lux is a Latin word for light and is used as a root for many other words such as luxurious, luxury, deluxe, and so on. It is interesting that the clipped word, lux, is used just like a free morph in this case. Lux is used by many in informal conversations, writings and articles.

“The Hollywood star who lives to watch porn or gay boys doing it in front of him in his big lux Los Angeles mansion.”
Etymology : Lux clipped from luxurious. Latin lux ‘light.’
