A female who has a very attractive body but a displeasing face.
 
I wanted to hook up with her, but then I looked higher and realized she was a total butterface.
Etymology : Blending of the phrase "but her face," which presumably boys said when describing a girl with a hot body but not such a pleasant face. (Mid 2000s)
