little monsters

other word formation type Metaphor; noun
The musical performer Lady Gaga is known for her awesome electronicesque pop music, and crazy fashion sense. A lot of people have also gone so far as to call her monster because of her outlandish public appearance and quick rise to fame. In response she named her second album "The Fame Monster." "Little monsters" is a term coined to unify the fans and followers of Lady Gaga who are not afraid to show that they are different in a conformist society. This may be in comparison to the followers of "The Grateful Dead" being called "dead heads."

"I love Lady Gaga! I have been to like, 3 of her concerts! I proud to be her little monster! She is my idol and inspiration. I think I am going to make an outfit out of beanie babies now."
Etymology : Little monsters is a metaphor for the fans of Lady Gaga.
