Slizzard (9)

adjective; blending
Being very drunk or intoxicated.

This term was created in a pop song and was probably formed by combining "blizzard" with the term "slurred" to explain intoxication in an abstract way.
Etymology : Possibly a blending of the words “slurred” + “blizzard” (disorderly snowstorm), where “slurred” refers to slurring one’s speech and therefore has the connotation of drunkenness and/or intoxication.
