Epic Fail

"Epic Fail" is a statement made after a statement or action that is either totally stupid or seen as badly done. The Epic Fail is seen an a monumental mistake or mess-up, and the person who made the Epic Fail is often reminded of it.
 
"Hallie made a 16 on her ACT. What an Epic Fai!" or "Estevan thought he had botulism for a soda. Epic Fail!"
Etymology : "Epic Fail" is a compound of "epic" meaning grand and "fail" meaning to not succeed.
