yer

blending and clipping; adjective
A possessive form of you. It can also be used in the case of you are as well.

Yer is just used as sounding out you are or your. It has become sort of a slang word or shortened from an already short word. Yer is often heard from someone with a southern accent, but the word Yer is now used for someone who wants to implicate that southern accent.
Etymology : Yer is a shortened word implying a southern accent for the word “you’re” and “your”.
