foodbaby

noun; compounding
a protruding stomach shape resulting from a large meal, similar to the shape of a woman beginning to "show" in early pregnancy

Leah: “It's probably just a food baby. Did you have a big lunch?” Juno MacGuff: “No, this is not a food baby all right? I've taken like three pregnancy tests.”
Etymology : compounding of the terms food and baby, due to a pregnant-like appearance after eating a big meal
