Denoting a large quantity of something.
 
Probably first used among young children but then took on familiarity with parents and older siblings. The term holds comedic value and can also pertain to affectionate language. It has been used in all age-circles and is best observed in relaxed conversation thus being considered very informal.
Etymology : Likely a novel creation perhaps invented from a young child because of its uncharacteristic form.
