Brangelina

noun; compounding
A word used to describe Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, meant to represent their status as a couple This is a type of word used by those in the entertainment business to describe people who are romantically involved with each other. Each person’s name has been clipped and blended together to form one long new name, analogous to the older term “Bennifer.” This is a symbolic representation of the couple as being a singular, joined item, instead of two separate individuals.
