To defeat or overcome something or someone so completely and effortlessly that the entire ordeal is laughable and comedic.
 
This term probably came into existence in the online gaming community where the phrases 'rofl' and 'stomp' are frequently used. Therefore, the concept of a laughably devastating defeat was most easily described within this community by this new compound.
Etymology : From 'ROFL', an acronym meaning 'Rolling On the Floor Laughing', and 'stomp', meaning to defeat or overcome.
