eater's remorse

blending noun
the sudden regret felt after eating something, usually sweet and/or fatty, during a period of time when the person is either not hungry or full. People experience eater’s remorse most acutely if they are dieting or have already eaten many unhealthy foods that day.

used preemptively to warn people not to eat something, or used in retrospect after you’ve already eaten something and feel guilty about it. The term is usually used immediately after the eating is done. You wouldn’t wait until the next day to say you had eater’s remorse about what you ate the day before.
Etymology : blend of ‘eat’ + ‘buyer’s remorse’
