McGrumbles

noun; Affixation
An unpleasant feeling in the lower abdomen following eating McDonalds.

The prefix ‘Mc’ is taken from the McDonald’s name and added onto the word ‘Grumbles.’ This word stems from the grumbling in one’s stomach followed by nausea. “Grumbles” is narrowed by affixation of ‘Mc’ creating a term that only refers to stomach grumbling and nausea from eating McDonalds.
Etymology : Mc- (McDonalds) + Grumbles (late 16th century from obsolete ‘grumme’ (probably of Germanic origin and related to Dutch ‘grommen’)
Source : “Uh-oh, I feel the McGrumbles coming on. I shouldn’t have eaten so many big-macs.” Witnessed from my friend after a large meal at a local McDonald’s restaurant.
