userability

compounding NOUN
The ease in which a person or general consumer uses or interacts with a product. It may also refer to the specific user's ability to use the device, and not necessarily the device's ease of use.

The term may have just been used as an abbreviated way to refer to a user's competence for a certain product. It is obviously a compound of user and ability, but it is unclear if the ability refer's to the user's skills or the products ease of use.
Etymology : Compounding of user and ability. Or another way to say "usability."
