money

adjective; zero derivation
good; okay; cool It just isn’t enough to be cool anymore. In our materialistic society, the greenback is always acceptable. Money the neologism displays polysemy. Money underwent metaphoric shift here, to mean okay, or cool, as in the expression above. I cannot imagine it being used in contexts too far from this one. This is another neologism creeping into the language from youth slang. The effect of this shift is widening, as the word money has a broader superset of applications.

We're money.
Etymology : zero derivation from noun money, followed by semantic shift
