verb blending
The act of moving very slowly or being behind.Can also mean the act of preforming below average.
 
Blend between the words slacking and lagging. Came about because the writer could not decide between the words slacking and lagging. In some instances, it was used to say one is not only falling behind, but also not performing at his or her best.
Etymology : Blended the words slacking and lacking.
