Tundra

noun metaphor
In tennis, the act of trying to hit a lucky shot, which ends up as a complete miss. Typically, the opponent calls the player who hit the ball a tundra or the player acknowledges themselves as a tundra. It is as if the person is a tundra and the ball that they hit is hit nowhere (out).
 
“Gosh, you are such a tundra!”
