Angeurysm

derivation aneur- to angeur-
When a person gets so angry that they feel they are going to burst a blood vessel and bleed out in their brain.

Aneurysm is a medical condition in which blood vessels in the brain spontaneously bleed. The spelling is slightly modified to indicate that blood vessels bleed out in the brain due to an immense amount of anger felt. While this phenomenon is not likely to happen, this word is used to describe the amount of rage felt on an exaggerated scale.
Etymology : Aneurysm is based on a Greek word meaning "dilation". Anger is an emotion felt.
