word-vomit

compounding; verb
when, in conversation, you blurt something out you weren't supposed to say; when you simply say everything that is running through your head as it gets there without thinking about consequences

verb coined probably because the originator wanted a visual way to convey the feelings of disgust at yourself after you spill the beans in this format.
Etymology : Compounding of the word vomit and the word 'word'; vomit comes from latin; word from early German.
Source : "I didn't mean to, but when I was talking to Louis, I might have word-vomited that you had a crush on him." (conversation, August, 2011)
