Spondificating

Openly contemplate philosophical and moral issues, such as the meaning of life. My fried was being creative and probably could not think of a word to describe this specific interest of his. Thus, he decided to coin a new word that would fully capture his pastime of freely contemplating moral and philosophical issues. Also, this neologism is humorous, a quality of his that he wanted to imply.
 
I enjoy spondificating on my free time.
