Buddy In-Law

Your friends’ friend. Also know as your buddies buddy.
 
Buddy In-Law is typically used in a setting where one may be talking to a group of friends and introduces an individual who he/she just met and has mutual friends with. This group usually consists of men, but can also include women as well.
Etymology : Compound formed from replacing bother/sister, as used in brother in-law, with buddy.
