Geocache

noun; blending
Something stored in a hidden digital location.

Used by computer science majors to describe where they store their location information. Also used sales people at electronics stores to scare customers into thinking that one device saves a “geocache” of their travel information to cause the customer to purchase a different product. At times it is used by news media to refer to companies that store and steal location information from their customers.
