GROUNDED
adjective; zero derivation
State of limited movement when a bird went through shading of feathers. “Grounded” usually refers to a specific form of punishment to children when parents disallow any kinds of outing. In this case, however, this word was used literally ‘grounded.’ Birds cannot fly after shading and they have to stay on the ground.
