Pegsister

blending; noun
A female fan of the television show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (2010) an animated television show targeted at little girls; the female equivalent of a brony.

: Imitates the formation of the word “brony” in that it uses “sister” as one of its components, in this case intended to create a sense of community while also indicating that the fan is female. The use of Pegasus as the other compnent has to do with the existence of ponies with the ability to fly on the show (“Pegasus ponies.”) Generally used to describe older (15-25) fans of the show, rather than the younger girls for which the show is intended
Etymology : A blending of the words “Pegasus,” meaning a mythical horse with the ability to fly, and “sister.”
