Derived from the word "everything," which means encompassing every thing (whatever "thing" is being specified in context). This spelling of "errthang" results from manipulation of pronunciation of the word "everything" in everyday language. Different cultures say this words differently, and as a result, "errthang" emerged. It is often used to mock the ghetto mannerism of talking.

Source : "I wanted errthang in that store, but I didn't have no money....So I just stole errthang" (text message from friend who was imitating a ghetto mannerism).
