A feeling of euphoric relief centered in the groin area experienced when you finally use the bathroom after having refrained from urinating for an extended period of time for reasons such as long road trips or waiting until the end of a movie. Often vocally accompanied by loud, uncontrollable moans or long sighs.
Etymology : Blending of "pee" and "orgasm"
