Offensieve

blending offensive and sieve; adjective
When someone lacks a filter in their brain for offensive topics.

This relates to the imaginary filter that most people have in their brains, or the mental checkpoints where you assess whether you should say or do something. The term sieve is used to clarify that someone does not have a filter. This means that they have nothing to stop the flow of offensive comments that they are thinking.
Etymology : Offensive is from the modern French term "offensif" from modern Latin "offensivus" from Latin "offensus" meaning to offend. Sieve orginated from Old English "sife" from Proto-Germanic "sibi" which is of unknown origin.
