leadfoot

noun; compounding
One who drives very fast. The phrase lead foot is known, but the words are now compounded to make one word. Some words change spelling and are compounded for no particular reason. I think leadfoot is an example of that.
 
Give us your untamed, your assertive, your leadfoots yearning to be free.
