Seaning

verb eponym
1. too feel extremely lazy 2. To sleep for 15 hours straight.

This is an eponym based off of a roommate of mine named Sean (will not disclose his last name) suffixed with –ing ending. The general impression that I got from this little guy is that he can’t function properly if he doesn’t get his 15 hour sleep in a day. And when he’s not studying I would find him lying around on our commons couch or on his bed and being unproductive. The majority of his daily activity is comprised of sleeping and being lazy. This is a word quite well-known within the Martel college community but not so much around campus.
Etymology : “Sean” suffixed with –ing; an eponym.
Source : This word was last used on 12/3/2011. It’s final exams period and my roommates and I find him “seaning” instead of getting busy with school work. 12/3/2011.
