in a state where complete decimation of the opposition is assured
 
This term is commonly used in video game terminology in reference to someone who is constantly winning in a video game or sports setting. However, in younger populations, this term can be used in any setting where there is some type of competition, including doing homework, where homework is the perceived enemy. This in a meliorated usage of beast, which used to mean an excessively vulgar, authoritative, or violent person.
Etymology : This usage of beast comes from the word beast, originally meaning a wild animal or creature/being.
