- I should not have eaten that seventh rib. Now I have a faby!
faby
noun; blending
A food baby, which is a bloated abdominal region after a person indulged in large amounts of food. This word was most likely created because the speaker wanted to express how full her stomach was. It was so full that her abdominal region looked as if she was carrying a child. The blend of “food” and “baby” explains that this fake baby is a result of having eaten too much. This term is frequently used during the time of holiday events such as Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Etymology : Blend of ‘food’ and ‘baby;’ food from Old English "foda" meaning nourishment, food and baby from "babi" meaning childish person
