Moroff

blending more+off; noun
someone who is more off than on; comes from the word "moron"

He is just a total idiot; you wouldn't be wrong to call him a moroff.
Etymology : The definition of the word is what led to the creation of the word itself. The creator of this word must have broken down the word "moron" into "more" and "on" and subsequently realized that those two components do not make sense, considering the definition. In reality, a moron is more off than on, and thus, the term "moroff" came to be.
