Rice King

adjective; compounding
A non Asian male who is dating an Asian female. (“Man, when did James become a Rice King?”) The speaker using the fact that a non asian male , ‘the King’, is dating an asian female, or he is “ruling her(heart?)”. And it here he uses the metaphor Rice to describe the Asian girl. Hence the formation Rice King.
 
And we all know who the Rice King in this room is.
Etymology : compound of rice and king, both used as metaphors in this context
