Cinnabon

noun; blending
A large cinnamon roll created by the Cinnabon chain of stores. Markedly different from normal cinnamon rolls because of the copious amounts of frosting and large size of the roll. An interesting trait of the word “cinnabon” is that it has not undergone widening; Cinnabon is still tied to the specific cinnamon roll that is created by the Cinnabon company. It is also very narrowly defined in that other products sold by Cinnabon are not called Cinnabons; this is the only product that qualifies.

“These servery cinnamon rolls almost look like Cinnabons!”
Etymology : Blend of cinnamon from Old French cinammone “cinnamon” + bun from Old French buignete “a fritter” (this etymology is obscure)
