Analogy to otherwise, speaking from the point of view of other aspects. The word otherwise can be parsed as other-wise, meaning in the other manner. When people want to emphasize on specifically health not some aspects, they choose to use specifically the word healthwise other than a relatively slur word like otherwise. In this way, people may create a lots of new words regarding different aspects they are talking about.
