womance

blending; noun
A blending of the words "woman" and "romance," 'womance' is the female equivalent of 'bromance.' It refers to the platonic relationship between two females that is extremely strong and close in nature.
 
"Sam and I have such a womance. I freaking love that girl."
Etymology : From the blending of 'woman,' from late Old English wimman (plural wimmen), literally "woman-man, referring to a female human being; and 'romance' meaning 'love affair' from 1916. (Cited from Etymonline)
